New logo represents Gallaudet's bilingual mission
Gallaudet ushered in a new era on December 7 with the unveiling of a new University logo. The symbolic design of the logo represents the University's bilingual mission by portraying "Gallaudet University" in American Sign Language, as well as in English.

Alumni spirit high at Homecoming 2011
Thousands of alumni attended Homecoming festivities this year. Spirits were high as alumni enjoyed a gorgeous autumn weekend and events ranging from class reunions to the football game.

Nominations being accepted for Athletic Hall of Fame
The Gallaudet University Alumni Association has officially opened the Athletic Hall of Fame nomination process for 2012 to the public and will accept nominations until May 1.

Black deaf male alumni who graduated from Gallaudet between 2002 and 2009 are needed for a University of Phoenix Online research project, "The Impact of the Self-Fulfilling Prophecy on Black Deaf Male Students." .
