Julia Mayes, '44, passed away at her home in Margate, Florida, on January 31, 2003. A memorial service was held on April 10, 2003 at Gallaudet University.

A longtime Gallaudet alumni volunteer, May Koehn Curtis, '33, passed away in Kansas on March 20, 2003 at the age of 92.

Dr. Clayton L. Valli,G-'85, died on March 7, 2003 in Miami, Florida. There will be a memorial service for Clayton at Gallaudet on May 19, 2003 at 3 p.m. in the Gallaudet University Kellogg Conference Center.
