Alumni eNewsletter: 2008-2012 GUAA Election nomination packets mailed out to GUAA active lifetime members (Archives)

In late September and early October 2007, GUAA Active Lifetime Members whose addresses are current will receive nomination packets for the election of the GUAA Board of Directors for 2008-2012. Completed nomination forms must be returned to the GUAA Election Committee (GUAA Connecticut Chapter) by November 15 to be included in the tally.

Active lifetime members may nominate other members and/or self-nominate for the positions of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and regional Board member (home, east, middle, and west regions). The ballot for a final slate of board positions except the treasurer position will be available in June 2008. The treasurer will be appointed by the current board following an interview process in October 2008.

The new board will begin its term following the 2008 Homecoming Weekend in October 2008.
