On Friday, April 4, GUAA's Laurent Clerc Cultural Fund Edward Miner Gallaudet Award Recipient, Helga Stevens of Belgium will speak in Foster Auditorium from noon-1 p.m. on her work and life as the first deaf member of the Flemish Parliament and senator for her country.
