Alumni eNewsletter: Gallaudet baseball set to play three games in Florida (Archives)

The 2010 Gallaudet University baseball team led by head coach Curtis Pride, a former Major League Baseball player, is making its first Spring Break trip to Florida, in program history, this week.

The Bison will play three games while in Florida. Gallaudet will start its trip with a game against Sewanee-The University of the South on Sunday, March 14, at 3 p.m. in Winter Haven, Fla. GU will next be in action on Tuesday, March 16, in Vero Beach, Fla., against Daniel Webster College from New Hampshire. The Bison will play this game in Dodgertown Stadium, the former Spring Training site for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The game will start at 11 a.m.

The final game of the week is on Thursday, March 18, at 10:30 a.m. against Vassar (N.Y.) College in Auburndale, Fla., at the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex.

All of the games are free. We hope to see you out wearing your Buff and Blue and supporting your Bison!
