On Sunday, October 23, the Gallaudet University Alumni Association (GUAA) will host the 4th annual Gallaudet Golf Open (GGO) at Cross Creek Golf Club in Beltsville, Md. Gallaudet University has been fortunate to have many friends and a loyal community locally and worldwide for over 140 years. Several corporations have agreed to continue sponsoring GGO. Sean Sands of FLIK is the honorary chair of the event and Bernie Brown, ’70, is heading the organizing committee. The goal is to raise funds for Gallaudet University students. This is one great way for everyone to show support for the University. It is believed to be one of the best events where all stakeholders and non-stakeholders can meet, play, and have fun together. The highlight will be the luncheon/auction where everyone can get together to socialize and bid on many wonderful items. Over $30,000 has been raised and given to students in need of financial assistance since the event started three years ago.

Alumni, chapters, and friends wanting to send a team can download the form from this website or request an entry at The registration fee is $400 per team. To register, see the form here.
