Special note: Due to the unusually high number of spoofing and phishing attacks using Gallaudet e-mail addresses in recent weeks both on Gallaudet employees and anyone outside Gallaudet who has had contact with anyone who has a Gallaudet e - mail address, Gallaudet Technology Services (GTS) took this opportunity to notify the campus community as to how to handle these attacks.
The Office of Alumni Relations has received several notices from alumni reporting of such attacks as you will see in the example below; and this is why the office felt the information from GTS was important enough to be extended to the alumni community since many of you have contact with the Gallaudet community and also receive Gallaudet publications.
