Alumni eNewsletter: Partnership between Gallaudet and American Red Cross for Deaf Disaster Services (Archives)

Dr. Diane Morton, a professor in the Department of Counseling at Gallaudet University, has been working with the American Red Cross to develop a partnership that will assist with providing disaster mental health services for deaf people in the United States. Morton and a small working group are currently working to expand the deaf disaster services program nationwide and train interested mental health professionals at selected sites.
